Welcome to Love Puzl. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Immortal Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Love Puzl mobile application, the lovepuzl.com website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Love Puzl. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older, that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement, and that you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

2. Account and Conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity on your account. You agree to use Love Puzl respectfully and lawfully. We do not tolerate harassment, abuse, hate speech, impersonation, illegal content, or behaviour that endangers other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these expectations without notice.

3. Subscriptions — Plus and Pro

Love Puzl offers two paid subscription tiers on top of a free experience:

Love Puzl Plus — AI coaching and message assistance. US$9.99 per month (or local equivalent).
Love Puzl Pro — Everything in Plus plus The Intimacy Code programme and five-phase journey. US$19.99 per month (or local equivalent).

Prices shown in the app or on this site may vary by region and are subject to change. We will give you advance notice of any price change before it takes effect.

Auto-renewal disclosure (required by Apple for App Store subscriptions)

When you purchase a subscription on iPhone, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the same price and duration (monthly) unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling a subscription will prevent future charges; it does not refund the current billing period. Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

If you subscribe through our website (lovepuzl.com), billing is processed by Stripe on behalf of Immortal Ventures LLC. Web subscriptions also auto-renew at the end of each monthly billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel a web subscription at any time via the self-service billing portal linked from your receipt, or by reaching us through our support page. iPhone and web subscriptions are separate — cancelling one does not cancel the other.

4. Refunds

For iPhone (App Store) subscriptions, refunds are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process Apple refunds directly.

For web (Stripe) subscriptions, you may request a refund of the current period within 14 days of the most recent charge via our support page (mention “Refund” in the subject). Outside that window, we may offer a partial refund or account credit at our discretion.

5. AI Coaching — Not Professional Advice

Love Puzl includes AI-assisted coaching features ("Merlin") that provide guidance, message suggestions, and reflections informed by psychology-adjacent frameworks. These features are for self-reflection and relationship education only. They are not a substitute for a licensed therapist, counsellor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. Do not rely on Love Puzl for mental-health crises. If you are experiencing distress, please contact a qualified professional or, in an emergency, local emergency services.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Love Puzl (profile information, photos, messages, preferences). By posting content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process that content solely for operating and improving the Service on your behalf. We do not sell your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any content you upload.

7. Intellectual Property

The Love Puzl name, logo, app design, The Intimacy Code programme, the 24 Puzzle Pieces framework, and all related content are the intellectual property of Immortal Ventures LLC and its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

Violating applicable laws or regulations.
Harassing, stalking, threatening, or impersonating other users or any third party.
Uploading sexually explicit content involving minors, or any content depicting non-consensual acts.
Uploading malware, attempting to reverse-engineer the Service, or disrupting other users’ access.
Scraping, harvesting, or automated access to other users’ profiles or communications.
Using the Service for commercial solicitation, spam, or off-platform recruiting.

We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these expectations, and we may report serious violations to the appropriate authorities.

9. Third-Party Services

Love Puzl uses third-party providers to operate the Service — including Apple (App Store and iOS platform services), Stripe (web billing), Supabase (hosting and database), Anthropic (AI coaching inference), and others. Your use of those providers through Love Puzl is also governed by their respective terms. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their practices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that matches or interactions will result in any particular outcome. Relationship outcomes are never guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Immortal Ventures LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or any interaction with other users. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use presents a risk to other users or to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall first be addressed in good-faith correspondence with us. Where informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, except where applicable consumer-protection law permits you to bring the dispute in the courts of your residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
